Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Does not match the item ordered
To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags
- Not have been intentionally damaged, modified, or misused
Payment Methods
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa & Mastercard)
- Installment Services (ValU, Souhoola, Premium Card, Contact, Halan)
Refund Policy
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, an appropriate refund will be issued.
For approved defective or incorrect products:
- Customers will NOT be charged any return shipping or replacement fees.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund methods include:
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
- Visa / Mastercard payments: Refunded to the original card.
- Installment payments (ValU, Souhoola, Premium Card, Contact, Halan): Refunded through the same payment provider.
Refund Processing Time: 3–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged only if they are damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.
The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item has been received, inspected, and the reported issue has been confirmed.
Important Notes
- Returns or refunds for non-defective products are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance caused by lighting, screen settings, or photography are not considered product defects.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery before accepting the shipment.
- If the returned product is found not to meet the return conditions, the return or refund request may be declined.
