At Aorus Watches, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently throughout Egypt. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and shipment updates.
To ensure you receive these notifications, please provide a valid email address when placing your order.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt through trusted shipping partners.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, package size, weight, and selected shipping service. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Other Governorates: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery before accepting the shipment whenever inspection is permitted by the shipping provider.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the item ordered.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled by contacting our Customer Support team before they are shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will follow our Refund & Exchange Policy.
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3–14 business days.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact number.
Aorus Watches is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
If the shipping company is unable to reach the customer after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be canceled or returned to us.
